(When the live show begins, Kendryl Trion, Gangrene and Sin are already beating their three opponents down in the ring. The referee tries to gain control of the situation, but Trion shoves him away. Gangrene picks Dangerous Dan up and double-arm DDT's him. Sin ties Rainbow Jim up in the ropes and takes free shots at his head with a chair. The referee again tries to interfere, but this time Trion slugs him and kicks him under the bottom rope to the floor. When the referee stands up, he waves his hands as if to indicate the match is off)

Jim Biggins: "Welcome to Massacre, fans..."

Wiggles: "In more ways than one! HA!"

Jim Biggins: "... where Kendryl Trion and his men have been making punching bags out of Dangerous Dan and Rainbow Jim for the last five or six minutes!"

Angelo: "To be-fair, Jim, this match never got started. They were ambushed in the aisle!"

(While Gangrene and Sin beat up on the helpless Dan and Jim, Kendryl, in an odd move, stands facing the entrance, watching it closely. Eventually Sin goes over to Trion and appears to question him, making Trion point at Rainbow Jim and bark an order to keep the beating going. Sin shrugs and does so, he and Gangrene stuff powerbombing Rainbow Jim on top of Dangerous Dan's prone body)

Jim Biggins: "Are we ever going to see some security come stop this or does somebody have to die out there before...."

(The beating continues with stomps and kicks for another minute. Suddenly, as Sin and Gangrene are about to spike piledrive Rainbow Jim, the arena lights go out!)

(The massive Covenant comes through the entrance and stalks towards the ring! When the lights above the ring come back on, Sin is pointing at Covenant and questioning Trion. Trion's eyes never leave Covenant, but he gives both Gangrene and Sin orders to stand their ground. Covenant comes to the ring and leans his staff against the ringpost. Discarding his cloak, he grabs the top rope and pulls himself up on the apron. Gangrene appears nonplussed, but Sin looks ready to run. Trion stands behind them, a hand on the shoulder of each. The moment Covenant steps over the top rope, Trion shoves Sin and Gangrene towards him and slides out the opposite side of the ring!)

Angelo: "What a coward!"

Wiggles: "What a genius!"

(Covenant downs Gangrene with a big boot, then grabs Sin by the throat! Sin grabs Covenant's hand and tries to force it away - but then has another idea and latches his iron claw hold onto Covenant's face! The two stand deadlocked in that way while Trion runs around to the side of the ring Covenant entered from. Eventually Sin sinks to one knee and his hold is broken! Gangrene comes back to his feet and Covenant grabs HIS throat with his free hand. Then, in one big motion, he lifts and choke slams both of his opponents!)

(Covenant wheels around to confront Trion, who slid in the ring behind him... but Trion quickly raises Covenant's staff in front of the monster's face! Covenant's hands stop in mid-motion. Trion holds the staff there for a long moment. Covenant's eyes are locked on it. His hands slowly drop to his sides)

Jim: "What the hell?"

Angelo: "Why isn't he crushing Trion?"

(Having gained some confidence that he won't be attacked, Trion slowly circles around, keeping the staff between himself and Covenant, and pulls Gangrene and Sin to their feet. A cruel grin emerges on Trion's face. Holding the staff, he points at the entrance. Mutely, Covenant turns and exits the ring, heading towards the back!)

Jim: "Wait, why is he following Trion's orders?"

Angelo: "This doesn't make any sense."

Wiggles: "Oh Jesus. Do you need EVERYTHING spelled out for you?"

Angelo: "All right, clown, if you're so god-damn smart..."

Jim: "Angelo!"

Angelo: "...then explain to the rest-of us!"

Wiggles: "Because Trion has his staff now."

Angelo: "So why doesn't he just-take it back?"

Wiggles: "Maybe he can't. Maybe he swore an oath to some dark god somewhere that he'd obey the guy who holds the staff."

Angelo: "... you are certifiably insane, you know that, clown? You are completely off your rocker."

Wiggles: "You're the one in the rocker, poppy."

Angelo: "This old man is going to knock you out!"

Wiggles: "After you play knick-knack on your thumb, right? Back off, pops. I know voodoo."

Angelo: "What!?"

(Trion follows Covenant, the staff in the crook of his arm and a smile on his face, while the beaten Gangrene and Sin bring up the rear)

Jim: "Fans, I have no idea what's going on here, or WHY Covenant seems to be following Kendryl Trion's orders, but if this arrangement is permanent then we're all in trouble. Covenant has yet to even be seriously hurt so far in his EFW career, the only time he even came close to a loss was when he was counted out at Gang Wars. Hopefully our next match will go off as planned... we'll be right back."
