"The ICON" Rick Idol (2) 2/14/2003 Idol beats Tyrant 2 falls to 1 at EFW St. Valentine's Day Massacre to capture the title.

Hannibal 6/23/2000 Hannibal wins the world title from Tyrant, part of a plot to re-form the HWO with world champ Hannibal as the leader.

"The ICON" Rick Idol (1) 1/16/2000 Rick Idol was the last man Vermin faced in a Gauntlet match, and Idol defeated him to win the world heavyweight title for the first time.
Vermin (4) 11/23/1999 A tournament was held to crown the new champion at EFW Rebirth. Vermin won, winning his fourth world title.

"Mr. Massacre" Kyle Magnum (1) 4/30/1999 Kyle Magnum won the #1 contenders match against Scorpion and went on to beat HWO Destructo later on the same night to win his first EFW gold.
HWO Destructo 4/10/1999 Won the Chance of a Lifetime II battle royal to earn his place in the card's main event and was victorious, winning the title from Vermin.
Vermin (3) 11/14/1998 Vermin returns at EFW Enigma and wins the World Title.
Destructo (2) 9/26/1998 Destructo wins the belt in a tournament final against Marty the Mauler.

Vermin (2) 9/4/1998 Vermin wins the title in a best 3 of 5 series by a score of 3-2, becoming the first two-time EFW/MFWL champion and ending Destructo's 5 month reign.
