El Cosmico vs. 'Notorious J.O.B' Dale Winters

One of THE best matches in the MFWL to date. It was an even start with both mean exchanging some hip tosses and various takedowns. Cosmico started to gain the advanatage until Winter cracked him with a knuckle punch which busted him wide open. Winters went to work on the bloodied Cosmico with two short arm clothesline in a row and then a back brain kick to drop Cosmico to the mat. Cosmico managed to reverse a whip into the ropes and hit Winters with a low dropkick but it was to no avail. Winters heard the chants of "Jobber" in his head apparently as he hooked Cosmico up and hit the OJIMETICO DRIVER!! The fans were stunned, they hadn't ever seen him do it. Winters seemed suprised himself but then fell to cover. Cosmico managed to get his shoulder up! This stunned everyone! Winters continued the attack with some high power moves but Cosmico seemed to be getting his second wind. Ducking under a clothesline by Winters he threw Winters over to the top rope and to the floor! Winters saw the signs of "JOBBER" out in the crowd and seemed to get fired up. He entered the ring ready for action again and came up with another near fall after a Blizzard Suplex. And then Suddenly, things changed again. Cosmico, living on pure instinct and adrenaline mounted an unbelievable come back. Drop toe holds, snap mares, snap suplex's, he did them all! Winters was in SHOCK! Watching as Cosmico dismantled him. But in one swoop, just like that, Winters seemed to have him up for the OJIMETICO DRIVER, only it was reversed into a small package! This led to a 2 and 3/4 count at the very least. Winters would go for a Back Brain Kick but instead be dropkicked by Cosmico. Cosmico locked in the GREAT RED SPOT!! Everyone thought this would be it, there's NO WAY he could survive it after all this....is there? Through some small brain cell, through his conscious, something telling him he needed to stop being a Jobber, Winters survived thew pain and kicked out of it. Winters would FINALLY make one final comeback, hitting a German Suplex dead center for the win. A Great preview of lightweight matches to come.

Dreamaster vs. Eradicator

In one more meeting these two had probably their best fight so far. Dreamaster had revenge in his mind hitting dragon screws, a rolling backdrop, and a dragon sleeper in quick succession. Right when Dreamaster though he had him, Eradicator hit the XYLO KICK square to the jaw out of nowhere, knocking Dreamaster to the mat as Eradicator fell to grab a breather. When Eradicator walked over to try and pick him up, Dreamaster fell back down, but hit Eradicator with a JAWBREAKER in the meantime. Dream would proceed to stomp on him before driving him to the mat with a guillotine style neckbreaker. He followed this up with another Dragon Sleeper, which seemed to be used to soften up the neck. The tides would change as Dream attempted to show up Eradicator with a Thrust Kick, but was beaten BARELY by Eradicator who smacked him with another XYLO kick. Dream would recover from this and knock Eradicator down with a DDT. He then escaped to the outside where he dazzled the crowd with a springboard Junacan Rana which almost yieled him a three count win. He would follow up on this with two immediate Fisherman Buster suplex's and his famous LIGHTS OUT DDT! Eradicator saw the Dreamstate coming and quickly rolled to the outside. When he came back in he had cleared his head as he hit a Jumping spin kick to the head and applied a backroll necklock for the win. If you ask me, Eradicator stole this one, Dream definatly dominated.

Weehawk vs. Pain

Weehawk went quick to the eyes to start the match and hit a hip toss while Pain was dazed. Pain got upset and hit a DDT out of nowhere to stun Weehawk early followed by a dragon screw take down. They would trade hip toss's and take downs and Weehawk would be no stranger to the cheap tactics, smashing his boot into the groin of Pain at every opportunity. Weehawk would take advantage with his superior striking power knocking pain to the ground. He followed up with a quick moonsault which stunned Pain. Weehawk went bezerk after this, quite litteraly. He just kept kicking and punching and clawing his way through Pain. He would pick him up, send him sprawling with a roundhouse kick, them lift him up to smack him again. Pain would come back when a attempted trip by Bane would backfire as he grabbed Weehawk instead dropping into the mat. Pain would show some style, throwing his own version of Ragnarock's Evil on Weehawk as a slap in the face. A spark seemed to hit Pain, sending him on his own run. He started fighting back, applying Octopus holds, Flying Heel holds, and sleeper holds. Pain would just not finish on this day, as Weehawk uses a brutal roundhouse kick to knock Pain to the mat and apply the Ragnarock's Evil, riding it to the submission victory. It was striker vs. submission for the most part, and this time the striker won.

Nightmare vs. Bo Abobo

Nightmare came into this match with something to prove after losing two straight tag matches, he boasted he was a singles wrestler. He would target Bo in this match to prove he is no fluke. This would show early as Nightmare would go to the attack on Bo with a vengeance. He said to hell with finesse and used his street tactics, Hammerblows, elbow smashes, and power to overcome him. A full-nellsun buster got the crowd on their feet chanting the name of the MFWL's champ. He would apply an Iron claw, but Bo would reach the ropes to break it. Bo then backed away from Nightmare, asking for mercy. When Nightmare refused to do this, he tried to kick Bo and Bo caught it. Out of NOWHERE Bo spun him and hit his patented BoPLEX!! Nightmare was too fresh and as the two men slowly got to their feet Nightmare took control once more. Emotions were running high as he just kept choking out Bo as the ref warned him to stop. He would hit not one reverse tombstone but two, following up again with a fearsome choke hold which was quickly sucking the life out of Bo. He would try for the Neckcrusher, but was denied and hit with two Belly to Belly Suplexs and then flung from the ring. On the outside itm would be not the Sicko, but the man out to prove a point. Nightmare gave him a Reverse tombstone and threw him back into the ring where he would apply the now infamous texas cloverhold to send bo to no man's land and get himself the win. He grabbed his title and left with Vegitto arms raised as the fans cheered and Vermin came in to check on the unconcious Bo Abobo. Strike up a win for the good guys.

Tony Spinelli/Al Lecino vs. Nomad/Striker

Pure Chaos, I can feel the adrenaline pumping already. Bodies were flying early as neither side could gain a definitative advanatage. Lecino would slam Nomad as Striker would slam Spinelli, it was just an all out brawl. Spinelli would be the first flung to the outside leaving his master Lecino in to take a pounding from Nomad and Striker. Spinelli seemed to shy away from the action at first as Lecino was double powerbombed and Nomad and Striker traded off dropping knee drops on him. Striker would soon break off and work on Lecino as Spinelli did a number on Nomad, hitting him with a nicely executed tombstone piledriver and a big kick to the back. Lecino would later be revers DDT'd by Nomad and thrown in the DANGER ZONE. Spinelli apparently had better things to do as he instead pounded Striker. Luckily Lecino was able to escape it himself. Nomad would later lock a upside down chinlock on Lecino, but the ref instead saw Spinelli give Striker the SHALLOW GRAVE and instead went to go count that. Unfortunatly, Spinelli would not get the 3 and Lecino would not escape Nomad's wrath again. When the ref turned Lecino was tapping and the match was done.
